Frank Dupps

As President and Principal Owner, Frank has helped grow The Dupps Company two-fold, driving the acquisitions of Clapper Corporation, Universal Maintenance USA and Sunrise USA, as well the expansion of the manufacturing and service areas.

Frank started working with The Dupps Company maintenance department in the summers when he was twelve years old, later moving on to the machine shop methods and the quality control departments. After college, he worked in sales, where he eventually became International Sales Director, travelling extensively and developing markets throughout Latin America. In his fourteen years as President, he has cultivated the culture at Dupps of taking care of employees, customers and the community.  Frank has a BS in Business Administration from Xavier University and an Executive Scholar Certificate in Leadership from Northwestern University.
