Supercookor®  Mixing raw materials while it heats them to produce a highly uniform product, Supercookor is the most durable and efficient system available for continuous cooking applications. See More.

Continuous Hydrolyzor™  Ideal for consistent, high-quality product, the Dupps Continuous Hydrolyzor processes feathers and other hydrozlyzed material at up to 30,000 lbs./hr. See More.

Batch Cookers Dupps Batch Cookers are available in two configurations—with a heated jacket, and with both a heated jacket and heated shaft. Both offer unsurpassed durability and reliable performance. See More.

Discor® With up to 6,000 square feet of transfer surface, the large-capacity Dupps Discor gives you more cooking or drying capacity per square foot of floor space. See More.

QuadPass® Rotary Drum Dryer  Dramatically better dryer performance than traditional single- and triple-pass rotary drum dryers. See More.

Ring Dryer This flash dryer grinds, dries, conveys and produces heat ... all in one system that handles any material that can be entrained. See More.

Dupps Airless Dryer The innovative Dupps Airless Dryer is a rotary drum dryer that features superheated water vapor at atmospheric pressure as the drying medium. See More.
With its steam-heated “paddle” shaft construction that exceeds A.S.M.E. Code, and up to 4,400 square feet of heat transfer surface, the Supercookor is the most durable and efficient cooker available for continuous cooking applications. Low agitator rpm means gentle cooking action; end-point temperature and operating level are easy to control. A full-length vapor dome provides more area for vapor release, allows less entrainment and better cooking, plus easy shaft access. Download Supercookor brochure.

Every part of the high-capacity Continuous Hydrolyzor that touches product is constructed of stainless steel. Proven screw feeder technology provides a positive seal for the hydrolyzing vessel, and a steam-heated agitator shaft ensures optimum heat transfer and steam efficiency. Valve-controlled product discharge maintains a proper residence time and minimizes steam use.

Heated jacket Batch Cookers offer up to 10,000 lb. (4,500 kg) capacity, and feature a special agitator arm design that evenly distributes dry products—ideal for feather hydrolyzing and similar applications. The pressure vessel meets ASME Code construction standards for 100 psi internal and jacket pressure. Download brochure.

Batch Cookers with both a heated jacket and heated shaft provide shorter batch times and higher throughput. Less exposure to excess heat results in product with higher nutrient value. Available in capacities up to 17,200 lbs. (7,800 kg); ASME and TÜV/PED code standards. Download brochure.

Discor's rotary disc 'closed-loop' steam system prevents condensate and non-condensable gas build-up in the discs for more efficient heat transfer. Discor also features extra corrosion allowance, and fewer exposed welds, on the discs for longer life. Discor's durable, rigid drive mounting features a direct-coupled, base-mounted reducer. Unlike ordinary three pass drums that can over-dry, the QuadPass dries each particle of material at its individual drying rate, regardless of size, density or moisture. Lower voc emissions, better product color, more uniformly dried product and reduced fire danger are just some of the advantages of the patented four-zone QuadPass rotary drum dryer. Because it exposes the material to heat for only a few seconds, the Ring Dryer gives you a cooler product, ready to bag or store, with accurate moisture content and no wet spots. And because it recirculates 50% of the heated drying air, you save on fuel costs.
• Recirculating the heated exhaust air reduces odor
control costs.

• Short exposure to heat retains product digestibility
and lysine bioavailability.

• Product has light, uniform color.

• Available in an airless configuration.

The Dupps Airless Dryer offers a number of important operational benefits over conventional hot air dryers:

• There is minimal risk of in-drum fires because of the oxygen-
starved environment.

• It's an indirect heated dryer—the products of combustion are isolated from the process loop of the dryer.
• Minimal odor control equipment is needed.

• There is no visible plume of dryer exhaust.

• The dryer's exhaust is essentially water vapor, which can be
condensed to recover thermal energy and used
elsewhere in the plant.

• No pressure vessel is required because the dryer operates at
atmospheric pressure.
• Exhaust volume is much less than comparable heated air dryers.
So if an RTO is used, it will be considerably smaller, and less
