

Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
• Maintain and coordinate President’s schedule by managing corporate calendar.
• Create committee and Board meeting agendas with prepared materials.
• Draft President’s correspondence, executive reports and speeches.
• Coordinate President’s office information management, including confidential information.
• Plan and organize meetings, conferences, special events and national and international travel plans.
• Communicate and translate with international customers.
• Serve as liaison to management team, employees, customers and the public.
Qualifications:
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) oral and written communication skills; third language is preferred. Strong public speaking skills.
• Minimum 5 years of similar/related experience with a college degree and/or CPS/CAP preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
• Detail oriented, organized and able to research, implement and complete complex and routine projects in an efficient and timely manner.
• Highly professional with good judgment and willingness to take initiative.
• Adaptable and able to multitask, work independently and at times work under pressure.
• Comprehensive quick learner of company business principals.
