The Airless Dryer Pilot Plant is rated at approximately 700 lbs. per hour of moisture evaporation (depending upon material). It features a material loading conveyor, furnace system, heat exchanger, QuadPass™ rotary drum, drive train and centrifugal cyclone extractor. Material shipped to Dupps for test drying is processed in the same way as a normal installation, providing an extremely accurate model of what you can expect from a permanent Airless Dryer system.
